Beata Wielopolska hereby declares that:
- she is the author and the sole owner of the photos published on page www.wielopolska.art.pl, unless otherwise stated,
- in collaboration with Bożena Motylewska-Wielopolska she is the author and the sole owner of the costumes published on page www.wielopolska.art.pl,
- she is the sole author of the artistic concept of the Theatre of Music and the Mask “VENEZIA” and both the author and the director of its productions, including the initial idea, the selection of music, the script and the titles. The choreography for these productions is the result of collaboration with Ryszard Wojtala and Wacław Gaworczyk.
The abovementioned output is protected by the Polish Copyright Act of 4th February 1994 (published in: Dz. U. from year 2000, No. 80, pos. 904) and its international equivalents. In case of any transgression of this Act, the author will vindicate her rights according to its regulations and, in addition to it, in accordance with the regulations of criminal law.
The use of the abovementioned output, presented on page www.wielopolska.art.pl by any third party is only permitted with the written permission of the author and according to the mutually agreed conditions.
